The James family.

Teresa and I first met in the fall of 2005, when we both became teachers at the Heiskell School for the very first time.  Being the new kids on the bottom floor, we became fast friends.  Teresa and Jonathan were also members of the church in Marietta, where David served as the pastor to young families. During our second year of teaching together, her husband was transferred to Delaware.  After a few years up north, he was transferred to Laurel, Mississippi, where they live today.  It is such a treat to be this close to a dear friend.  Jonathan is a veterinarian at Sanderson Farms, and since he has the hook up, we were able to shoot their family pictures on the gorgeous property Saturday morning!  What a treat!  I loved spending time with my friend and her adorable family.  I had a tough time only choosing a few pictures to share!
Jonathan and Teresa with their son Jackson, age 3.
Jonathan and beautiful Matilyn, age 2.  Her children are close in age like ours!
 Sweet family of four.
This little one may or may not have her daddy wrapped around her little finger.  Can you blame him?
Look at that sweet face! This is one of my favorites of the entire day.
Handsome Jackson.  These children are so photogenic.
These two are so sweet together.
They had the best time playing at Daddy's work.
 Another family shot.
 Love this one!
See why I had so much trouble only choosing a few!
I love how Jackson and Matilyn are looking at each other here.
In case you don't know much about Sanderson Farms, they are all about chicken!  Here is a statue of a chicken made out of chicken pin parts!  How clever!
Jonathan and Teresa, thank you for allowing me the privilege of taking your family pictures today!  I loved spending time with the four of you!
